The FDDC funded a project that created a transportation voucher in Florida’s Treasure Coast which has provided over 120,000 trips to more than 7,000 individuals. The project now thrives independently, offering 24/7 door-to-door service across St Lucie and Indian River counties. These journeys are not just rides; they’re pathways to job training, employment, and crucial medical needs for individuals with disabilities!
With a commitment from funding partners such as the Commission for Transportation Disadvantaged, the Martin County Board of County Commissioners, and the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners, the project remains a beacon of success.
