The Florida Institute for Family Involvement (FIFI), is sponsoring a mini-conference on April 25, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Harvey Government Center, 1200 Truman Avenue, in Key West. The conference will feature state and national experts who will share state-of-the-art tools, resources and information on how communities nationwide are developing a medical home approach to serve children and youth with special health care needs, and their families.
