- What is the timeframe for this project?
We anticipate it would take from 9-18 months depending on the provider’s scope of activities. - The RFP states that key organizations should be represented by senior leaders. It may be difficult to have senior leaders attend all the meetings. Are other options to engage senior leaders acceptable? Senior leaders usually designate someone to participate- will that be acceptable?
Yes, it will be acceptable for senior leaders to designate someone to attend meetings. - Are the strategic planning meetings going to be considered meetings that must be advertised and be open to the public?
Yes, the strategic planning meetings will be open to the public and follow the Sunshine Law Procedures for advertising. - Please clarify the difference between the HC Transition Planning Meetings and the Strategic Planning meetings.
The HC Transition Planning Meetings and the Strategic Planning Meetings are one in the same. - How many strategic planning meetings do you anticipate? Do these meetings have to be held throughout the state?
The number and location of the strategic planning meetings will be based on the proposal and how the proposer envisions the development process of the HC strategic plan. Also, the meetings should be scheduled in a manner that will facilitate high attendance of strategic stakeholders.
